Access to JusticeLine services requires a paid subscription. Pricing is based on your selected plan and county coverage. Payments are processed monthly, and subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Territory and Lead Exclusivity

We guarantee one subscriber per county in each service category, ensuring you receive exclusive access to leads within your designated territory. Territory assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

5. Compliance and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use JusticeLine services in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, including DPPA, TCPA, and solicitation regulations. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass individuals, or in any manner that violates these terms.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

JusticeLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding twelve months.
